We were halfway through a camping vacation when my check engine light came on. I was able to go online and set up an appointment the next morning at 7:30. I met Jen and she processed me quickly and sent my truck back for diagnoses. Marcus quickly determined that I had a coolant leak and it was covered under the power train warranty. Jen told me that she would get the parts the next morning and Marcus should have it repaired that day. She set me up with a rental since we did not have transportation. Jen called me regularly to keep me informed how the repair was progressing so we could inform the campground and our employers if we would be leaving on time or delayed. Marcus worked his magic and we were able to leave on time and return to work on Monday. Thanks to Jen and Marcus for making a potentially stressful situation into a minor interruption!

Wassim was friendly with good rapport. But whomever he brought to try to upsell me the warranty was brash and pushy about it. Was uncomfortable about the other reps insistence on writing another check after having already written one for the agreed price...that or using a card.

It was a rip off!! I asked about replacing a sensor and was told they would look at it. They then replaced it for 265.00 dollars tgat I could have done at Discount Tire for 65.00. Oil change, tire rotation, and TPMS sensor was 440.00. Rediculous. First and last time there.

Greetings and environment was good. I had some concerns about inconsistent evaluations. First evaluation was a price that was signed for, then another evaluation later doubled the maintenance and price. I would like to know everything in the beginning. I don't want to be surprised later on.

I made and appointment and dropped my vehicle off the night before for that morning. I was advised that it would be a 3 to 4 day wait. On day 4 I called to check the status of my vehicle. I was advised it had not been looked at. When asked to speak to managers, which I was never given the opportunity to, I was advised that they only had one mechanic for the issues I was having. Later that day a test drive was conducted and a test of the transmission fluid. I then was advised that it needed to be put on a lift, but one would not be available until sometime the following week. I would have been out of a vehicle for two weeks and this was just in the inspection phase, not fixing the problem. How can a multi-million-dollar dealership only just have one mechanic for a certain part of a vehicle.

Your sales people were excellent and worked with us to get the car we wanted. Warren Nease was very accommodating in working with us. The only thing we had a problem with was feeling forced into buying the extended warranty package because we were told your 3 year/36 month warranty “may not cover the electronics/computer equipment “ and the warranty on the sticker was “limited” up to the discretion of GMC. As we thought about it afterwards, maybe we should have walked away. Time will tell.

I was not checked or given updates on my service after waiting 2 hours. I had sent a text to the number provided with no response. On getting back in my vehicle I noticed there was no reminder tag with dates or mileage for my next service, both my steering wheel and seat were adjusted to the point I couldn’t get in the truck without moving it back. The service number tag was left on my seat. This is by far the worst service I have had at this service department.

I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. When I got the truck the tire rotation was not done even though the technician signed off on . I told my advisor and she brought the truck back and got it done for me. So I did get done . People already have a distrust for auto repairs and you like to go somewhere it’s reputable and you know you will get honest and good service. I’ve bought 2 cars in the last 3 years from Dan Vaden and I do it because I like the sales staff and trust the dealership. This is a small an minor incident but small problems can multiply into large problems and leaves me with questions.

From the moment Jen met us as we pulled in for our appointment to the moment I stepped in to drive my Trax away I received stellar service that was friendly, thorough and much appreciated. They even detailed the car! Vacuum and clean tires! Plus the electronics were fixed (the lane alert and collision and cruise went out). Jen asked all the right questions and noted all the troubles I was having and called to keep me informed about needed to get a part. She was so thorough -- making sure I did not leave my house keys attached to my fob and asking if I needed a loaner. So happy to have such a great team for my new Chevy Trax right down the street from where we live.

To Whom It May Concern, I want to begin by acknowledging how pleasant my visit was thanks, to Brittany. Her welcoming and warm approach truly made a difference, and I appreciate her professionalism. However, I am disappointed to share that my experience with the vehicle itself has been extremely frustrating and has caused me real distress. From the very first day of ownership, the car has had a strong, unpleasant odor that I have tried to manage with Lysol, to no avail. I am genuinely worried that the stains in the seats will ruin my work clothing, and it pains me to think I trusted the condition of the vehicle. I am most upset with myself for not leaving the car on the lot at the time of purchase, because I feel that I was not given the consideration of having the vehicle properly cleaned before being displayed or cleaned again at the time of my pick up. In addition, the quality of the ride is concerning — the rear end feels unstable even over minor bumps, and I dread crossing railroad tracks. The audio system does not function properly with my phone, and phone calls through the system are virtually unusable — I can barely hear the other person, and they cannot hear me clearly. These issues are far different from what I experienced with my Cadillac, and they do not align with what I was told by the service department. Because of all of this, I no longer feel I can trust Dan Vaden moving forward. I genuinely believe I could have received a better deal with the same monthly payments elsewhere, and this experience has left me feeling undervalued and disappointed. I do not plan to purchase another vehicle from this dealership, and I hope that sharing this feedback will help improve the experience for future customers. What’s the point of the comment in the appointment scheduling page on the website if it’s just ignored? Service tech was very nice and friendly. The showroom amenity did not offer anything like refreshment or a vending machine. Water machine wasn’t broken and the water bottle wasn’t there. There’s snacks like maybe 3 bags of pretzel. The car I purchased was within the $28,000.00 range, but I ended up paying over $30,000.00 for it. The original purchase price of the Chevy Trax RS was $24,000.00. My bank, Navy Federal, reports a debt-to-ratio of 125.00. The Sales Manager at Dan Vaden gave me a Debt-to-ratio of 150.00. They chose not to abide by my bank'ss rules with my trade-in. After I thought everything was done, my monthly note was $304.00, the manager of sales made a deal with Truist Bank, which I was not a part of, this increased my monthly payment to over $500.00. By the the time everything was done, my credit had been ran 21 times!! I spoke with Navy Federal, they stated, dan vaden had not completed the process. My initial loan is still with navy federal, dan vaden has not contacted navy federal. They told me they did not like navy federal trade-in policy.

My car was brought in due to new vehicle defect on a vehicle with less than 10,000 miles. I am extremely dissatisfied with the Service Representative. The Rep was very combative when I asked about the status of my vehicle- this after waiting for over 5 hours at the dealership with no status update. I had to find them and I asked when will they look at my car and she said she didn’t know when - she said they would get to it at some point. It was at this time I asked for accommodations for a way to get home and work as I could not continue to sit there waiting because I needed to get to work. She said the dealership would not provide a way home or to work - she said I could call an Uber or rent a car myself. They basically were telling me I was on my own and telling me that because I brought my car in due to a defect which was under warranty. After requesting to speak with a manager- they were kind enough to cover a rental car but I was held responsible for all fuel. They did not complete my vehicle until 6 days later. No to mention they gave me back my car very dirty. It really had to cost me anything being I had to bring my car in for service and the only reason I brought it to Vaden in Pooler was because I bought it there.

Before taking the car to the service department, my windshield washer fluid container was empty. I had to request a few times to have my oil checked. Upon my purchase, all of this should have been checked before I drove the car away from the lot, instead, I had to wait until my check engine light came on. Paying 198% interest rate says a lot about the dealership.

none of the service was updated in the truck's information in the dash. I've tried to reset but no luck. Called your store on Abercorn, they asked me to bring it in. Then another person called back and told me just bring it in and we can fix, sometimes the system in the trucks is "finicky". Well, I am back at work in Mobile, Alabama. Pulled in for an appointment scheduled at noon. Everyone appeared to be in chill time not wanting to help. Were rude when asking what I needed. Said had an appointment seemed surprised I had an appointment. Even though when pulled up they saw. Told them this was the first time here for my brand new trucks first oil service 6000 something. They said you dropping it off or waiting said waiting. He just told me to go on and wait in the waiting room. No directions no polite information ie bathroom where the drinks are or anything like that. In the waiting room no where to charge my phone well what I could see. I wasn’t given a quick here is everything so I could’ve missed it. When I got up to ask how much longer before it is done? My daughter wanted me to go somewhere and was wanting to know if it was easier to just pick me up. So when I asked how much longer before its done? He responded with “it’s done? “With the tone of a question, like he questioned my question . With how I was treated in the beginning. The attitude of “ You have an appointment? “ I responded my truck he responded once again it’s done? I responded truck. He finally said once I finish this paperwork it is done. Takes me out to the truck. I go from there to meet with my daughter and on the passenger side of the truck there are 2 greasy palm prints on my fender right in the middle. not too happy.

I scheduled an appointment for 10 am to have a tonneau cover installed. I was told that it “wouldn’t take long” so I said I would wait. Upon arrival I was told that there were people ahead of me and it may take several hours. The service department employee set up an Uber to take me home. After waiting twenty minutes the Uber canceled. Had to schedule another one. I waited an hour for an Uber to take me home. Finally, after more than four hours, I got a call that my truck was ready. I found my own ride back to the dealership.

They didn't clean the vehicle i purchased good and I had to go clean again myself. Shanna rushed me in to purchasing the vehicles and didn't tell me everything about the features of the vehicle. She told me the detail crew went home for the day but I was there from 1235 to 6pm. That was enough time to clean the vehicle. The truck wasn't on a full tank when I purchase it. Shanna told me she was going to give me 2 refill voucher for the truck and never did. I would never purchase a vehicle and wouldn't recommend no one to go there. They just wanted a quick sale and didn't go through the process the right way. They con me into giving them a 5 star rating when they should of gotten a 2 star rating.

When we took the vehicle in for service, my husband brought up three things that needed to be done or checked. The first was the alignment, that got done. The second was the reading for the air in the front left tire keeps going down but the tire doesn’t look like it’s losing air. Instead of trying to determine if there is a technological error, they just said there’s no leak. The third thing was when the vehicle is quickly accelerated, there is a humming noise that has just started recently. They didn’t even look into this issue as part of the appointment and the service advisor said oh you will have to make another appointment.

The oil change was fine. On the initial inspection the technician found a nail in one of my tires. One other tire was noted “low on tire pressure “ I paid for the tire repair but they didn’t put the valve stem cap back on. I had to purchase a new one after I left. They also didn’t put air in the tire that was low.

I’ve brought my truck in for the same warranty issue regarding the wireless stereo connection 4-5 times over the last 9 months and it’s still not resolved. The best thing the service department can tell me is to contact GM directly. After owning nothing but Chevy vehicles over the last 20 years I believe this will be the last one I own.

Great customer service! This is not a negative review. Just transparency. I brought my vehicle in for 3 specific issues wanted to make sure they were covered under warranty. I wanted to make sure I could pay for services and trying to be as efficient as possible under my circumstances. A whole system check was done and the total was going to be $7000. I don’t know if that is standard protocol when you bring your vehicle in. I understand with parts and labor, my vehicle had to be at the dealership for 3 weeks. I also understand with having to remove front display tools are needed. However, I notice that there are scratches on the surrounding pieces.

The service was timely, and friendly. They did recommend things that I chose not to do at this time. Easy things like filters you almost always hear. Only concern was they recommended a filter that my truck still said had 70% left. The truck was purchased with 17K miles on it. They said the recommendation was to be changed at 15K miles. I don’t think they actually looked at it. If it should have been done at 15. They should have done it before I bought it. This is just me questioning, and not doing something without knowing for myself. I did buy new filters, and will install myself for 10% of the charge it would have cost me there. Nothing out of the ordinary for a dealership. If I don’t need them when I inspect them. I’ll have them for when I do.

My truck is leaking water. It sat there for two days with a half hearted effort to find the leak. When I called on Friday to check progress I was told service advisor was not there and technician was on vacation. Nobody knew anything about it. I was later told that no one could look at my truck for at least a week. The technician to work on it was the only one that could address it. I asked if they could send it to the main shop and they said no. Because my truck is a 2500 it had to go to the truck shop. I was told I would be contacted the following week but have heard nothing.

I trust this dealership and service center. I have been coming here since 2012, after I purchased my car from here. The advisors are always very friendly and provide excellent service. I usually request Damien as my service advisor and have been very pleased with his service. The only downside at this time is the 3% charge that is being charged to the patrons/customers of this business when we use a credit card. Most customers do not carry or use cash on a routine basis in 2026, and it is extremely annoying to have to be charged to pay for services we are already paying a premium for. Also, there are no options for Tap to Pay with your cell phone. All of this needs to be reviewed in an effort for better customer service. Thanks for allowing my feedback.

Apon arriving around 8:15 Tuesday for a 9 am appointment I was not immediately greeted. I made eye contact with several ppl and no one spoke to me until I said "Good morning i'd like to check in for my appointment". The lady told me to go down to another person who was on the phone and she asked that i give her a minute. I walked down and stood in front of her desk and waited. Another customer walked in and was immediately greeted by another person and only after the customer walked away he asked me if i was being helped. After finally checking in (30 mins later) and leaving i did not hear from Vaden until I checked in around 1pm. She then told me they could not complete the diagnostic until Thurday, 2 days later. This upset me because i was didn't make arrangements to be without my vehicle for that long. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested information on a rental. During this exchange i began to receive updates on my vehicle via txt. The next morning my car was ready. I appreciate my car being completed in somewhat of a timely manner, but i am not ok with the lack of customer service and communication.

Brought my car into the dealership with issues before but had to pick it up early because they weren’t able to look at it right away and get me into a rental. Luckily the next time I came in I got Cam! She was immediately helpful - asking for every detail about the issues with my AC and Bluetooth. My car wouldn't start one day, Had it towed to the dealership. Kevin informed me that it was my Fuel Pump Control Module. I was due for a routine oil change anyway so it worked out that I could get all of that done at once. He called me once the job was done and my car was running perfectly as usual. I had to go back because one of the technicians left a tool in the car and Kevin gave me a gift card for gas for the trip back. Overall 10/10 experience. Haven't had any problems since!! Will definitely be back if something else pops up. It shouldn't be for a while though except for my next routine oil change!

considering the age of my vehicle, it is a 2007 Chevy truck and the difficulity the staff had finding the needed parts, I could only say they did a superb job. The staff even found a leak in the cab that I was unaware of and they fixed that also. My thoughts are only "Praise GOD the Vaden staff did a great job".I also thank the Vaden leadership staff that also did a great job supporting their employees. GOOD JOB TO VADEN AND ALL THE STAFF>
