I am a repeat customer over several years and models. Dealership is clean, orderly and well stocked. The service and waiting areas are clean and comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My wait time was reasonable for the service I required. Service cost was reasonable and in line with what I expected. I did use a service discount coupon provided by Vaden which is much appreciated. I would recommend Vaden to family, friends, and others for service needs.

Please have the television in the waiting room tuned to weather channel or local news channel. The sports channel it is always tuned to is annoying. A science program on PBS or a children's program would even be better than the yuck sports always on - PLEASE!

Whenever I've had my 2018 Cruze serviced at the Vaden dealership I've been treated with the utmost respect by all personnel. We were in town for my son’s wedding. We had a full weekend of activities, ceremony, and reception. Needless to say, the last thing I needed was for my car to break down upon arrival at the hotel. I had the car towed to the nearest car care center. Upon recommendation from them, I had it towed to your dealership. I drive an Acadia Denali. Kevin in the service department stayed in contact with me on the status of the work being done. His friendly professionalism and kindness was a great relief to a stressful situation. My car was ready much sooner than I expected and it was covered under warranty which was a bonus! I live in central Florida, I told Kevin I am tempted to bring my car back to him should it ever need work again, Lol. Overall it was a good ending to our wedding weekend. Many thanks to Kevin and team.

Our EV vehicle was receiving a recall and would take most the day plus part of the next day. Ashley was excellent at explaining what was going on and found a rental for us while they worked on our vehicle. That was so helpful and important for us, because my husband is handicapped and its hard for him to sit in the seats at the waiting room for for very long. Vehicle broke down while out of town for business on Monday 07/14/25. Chevy Warranty Dispatched Tow firm didn't show up for over five and half hours and I managed to get the vehicle over to the dealership right before service closed. Prior to that, I called the dealership service dept. around 4pm and was told that there's no option to look at the car for at least six days since I don't have an appointment. I explained the situation that I don't live here and was traveling for work. Vehicle dropped off after service hours (around 730pm) and notes were put on the envelope for the key drop stating that I live three hours away and needed the vehicle looked at. Family member drove from out of town and took me home. Call received the next day stating that it would be the following Monday before the vehicle was even looked at since I appointments are how business is handled as explained. Call received on Wednesday 07/16/25 asking to confirm my appointment for Saturday after knowing the car was already there and undriveable and I didn't live there either. That's a bit insulting. A few days later, I get a call stating that they will look at on Monday since all of their diagnostic techs are out this week. Monday comes and no call about the car. Tuesday 07/22/25, I receive a call that the fuel pump is the source of the issue and they'll order parts and work towards getting it fixed. Explained as a simple repair to which I found out later that there's a service bulletin for this and it's a known common issue. Was told that likely Friday 07/25/25 for the car to be ready. No call on Friday so I drove down to get an update and was in town for work in a rental (2 weeks almost at this point). Arrived and was told that the handling person was at lunch and that no one really had an answer about the repair timeline but guessed it would be Monday. Got a call after leaving stating that it would be ready maybe on Tuesday 07/29/25. Finally got the call on Tuesday that it was ready. Picked up the vehicle today and was asked to sign that I agree to the dealership working on the vehicle and making necessary repairs. I signed that I picked it up since that seemed like an afterthought now that repairs were done. Overall, I would assume that there's an option to prioritize situations if someone is from out of town and needs the transportation instead of putting it off for almost a full week and then taking over a week to repair and call back for completion. What if I didn't have someone within three hours to come and get me? I was professionally told that there's nothing that could be done about that from the service department. I guess I would just have a hotel for two weeks while we waited? Overall, I wouldn't purchase a Chevrolet if the dealership is supposed to be the brand representative for the company and this is the way things go when something's wrong.

I took my vehicle in to get serviced and aligned. There were few things found upon inspection, one part was supposed to be on Tuesday and wasn’t there until Wednesday. I understand things happen, however, some. If the things I got charged for didn’t seem to happen. Upon the brake cylinder coming in, it was installed and the alignment was the last thing to be done and doesn’t appear to be or the steering isn’t in alignment with the wheels. I also had a right front TPM replaced and I had the right front indicator light going off before I got to the house and it has been lighting up continuously since. I just spent over $4,000 and now question what was done and what wasn’t, was it just lack of detail from the tech? Or was it even done. I’ve been coming here for years and this is the treatment I get for loyalty. I have no issues with the employees in the service line, Brittany and staff are more than pleasant and very helpful. The quality coming from the technicians is sorely lacking.

-I am highly disappointed to see that there is now a 3% surcharge for those of us who use credit/debit cards, knowing that this is the way most customers pay these days. Very concerning. Other options and a notice of this should have been communicated well in advance to patrons (via email or with appointment setting) so that we were/are fully aware---other options should be available---ie paypal, Zelle or something that does not cost a surcharge. Most people do not carry cash. -I am disappointed that no one checked to ensure that the coffee stations were fully stocked before patrons came in that morning for appointments--ie no cups, had to be requested; no stir sticks and one coffee station had no sugar alternatives available. This is a value add and I skipped Starbucks in anticipation of this---I will note that cups were brought out once notified. -It would be good to have toilet seat covers in the restrooms which is the norm these days in most establishments. -It was initially recommended after the inspection that I needed my spark plugs replaced only for me to advise that they were paid for to be replaced last year during my visit around the same time. I know that oversights happen; however, you can imagine that this is not the time or place for such an oversight. The young lady did locate the information and removed the recommendation accordingly. And I will say she was very attentive to me, engaged well and offered good customer service. I had expected to be assisted by Damien, however, unfortunately, he was not there the day of my visit. I would also like to mention that I miss Bob who used to be back in Service years ago. He is truly missed. -With the prices noticably higher, and no good summer service specials posted as normal on the day of my visit (ie oil change with free rotation specials, etc...), it is concerning that I have to point out these other things in light of the costs that are being paid. -Last, I am used to my tire pressure being checked and all tires to be at the specified psi after visits; however, this time, all were not as such and from my perspective did not appear the pressure was checked as they all were different (33, 34, etc...---normal is 35), it is my hope that my tires were indeed rotated as was requested/paid for. -The service department and staff have always been what made me like coming to Dan Vaden and would be the only reason for me to consider another Chevrolet/GMC vehicle. -Thanks in advance for allowing my feedback.

Big ole rip off trying to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. Why would a 10$ air filter cost 85$?? If you actually inspected it then there is no reason to upcharge 75$ for labor. 65$ for an engine air filter? Rippppppppp offf. 44$ for valve cleaning? Some made up bs service. You just spray some stuff into the intake you have no idea if anything is getting cleaned or not. On top of that the oil change cost 20$ more than the last time I did it. What a joke

Kevin Davis was my point of contact while my vehicle was being worked on. He was excellent in every regard. He was friendly and knowledgeable and he communicated regularly with updates and new information. Kevin coordinated a rental vehicle for me while my Tahoe was being worked on and he was able to get the vast majority of the repair costs covered under the GM factory warranty. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin he turned a stressful situation into a manageable and easy experience. It was literally the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership and I will be buying my next car/truck at Vaden Chevrolet of Savannah because of outstanding customer service I received.

The staff at my location are personable and helpful , however my original problem has not been solved or repaired . It's been 5 weeks since the original diagnosis that my ABS Control Module needed replacing . (EBCM) It came in and I took the car in for the repair only to find out that the part was damaged in shipment and had to be reordered . I am a bit disappointed / frustrated . The dealership staff offered an apology and I appreciated it . I have gotten good service in the past and hopefully the problem will get resolved soon .

Camberlyn was awesome. The first young lady, when I first arrived was starts to wait on me, got up, walked out the door did not say she would be right back or anything. Camberlyn step right in to help. I can't remember the young lady name that waited on me upon me picking up my vehicle. I told her I need it too. Get my keys so that I can put the groceries in my car out of the rental in my car. She said, okay, and when you finish, you can just come back inside and bring the key .She didn't come outside to check the rental. The towing truck company said they are lazy. They get calls from people all the time saying their car is not there, just because the staff do not want to go outside to look for it. However, overall, Camberlyn was great.

I only got a text message. No phone call when additional services were recommended which was surprising. I was never notified when my vehicle was ready. I dropped my vehicle off early around 8:30AM. My appointment was at 10AM. Nobody reached out to me that my vehicle was ready. I checked the link sent to my email to track the service and it never said the service was complete. At 5PM I called and was then told, I could pick it up. More communication would be recommended. I was disappointed with how long the service took.

My car needs ABS control module replacement . I waited 5 weeks for them to find the part. The part came from another dealership and was damaged. My car is still not fixed . They told me that the part was so far on back order they didn't know when or if they would get the part in . I am driving a car that if I slam on the brakes the wheels would lock up. That's a scary thought . The car only has 25,000 miles!

We were halfway through a camping vacation when my check engine light came on. I was able to go online and set up an appointment the next morning at 7:30. I met Jen and she processed me quickly and sent my truck back for diagnoses. Marcus quickly determined that I had a coolant leak and it was covered under the power train warranty. Jen told me that she would get the parts the next morning and Marcus should have it repaired that day. She set me up with a rental since we did not have transportation. Jen called me regularly to keep me informed how the repair was progressing so we could inform the campground and our employers if we would be leaving on time or delayed. Marcus worked his magic and we were able to leave on time and return to work on Monday. Thanks to Jen and Marcus for making a potentially stressful situation into a minor interruption!

It was a rip off!! I asked about replacing a sensor and was told they would look at it. They then replaced it for 265.00 dollars tgat I could have done at Discount Tire for 65.00. Oil change, tire rotation, and TPMS sensor was 440.00. Rediculous. First and last time there.

Your sales people were excellent and worked with us to get the car we wanted. Warren Nease was very accommodating in working with us. The only thing we had a problem with was feeling forced into buying the extended warranty package because we were told your 3 year/36 month warranty “may not cover the electronics/computer equipment “ and the warranty on the sticker was “limited” up to the discretion of GMC. As we thought about it afterwards, maybe we should have walked away. Time will tell.

I made and appointment and dropped my vehicle off the night before for that morning. I was advised that it would be a 3 to 4 day wait. On day 4 I called to check the status of my vehicle. I was advised it had not been looked at. When asked to speak to managers, which I was never given the opportunity to, I was advised that they only had one mechanic for the issues I was having. Later that day a test drive was conducted and a test of the transmission fluid. I then was advised that it needed to be put on a lift, but one would not be available until sometime the following week. I would have been out of a vehicle for two weeks and this was just in the inspection phase, not fixing the problem. How can a multi-million-dollar dealership only just have one mechanic for a certain part of a vehicle.

I was not checked or given updates on my service after waiting 2 hours. I had sent a text to the number provided with no response. On getting back in my vehicle I noticed there was no reminder tag with dates or mileage for my next service, both my steering wheel and seat were adjusted to the point I couldn’t get in the truck without moving it back. The service number tag was left on my seat. This is by far the worst service I have had at this service department.

Service advisors are great, but I don’t have confidence that mechanical work is being done integrity and work that’s said is done is actually being done . I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. When I got the truck the tire rotation was not done even though the technician signed off on . I told my advisor and she brought the truck back and got it done for me. So I did get done . People already have a distrust for auto repairs and you like to go somewhere it’s reputable and you know you will get honest and good service. I’ve bought 2 cars in the last 3 years from Dan Vaden and I do it because I like the sales staff and trust the dealership. This is a small an minor incident but small problems can multiply into large problems and leaves me with questions.

From the moment Jen met us as we pulled in for our appointment to the moment I stepped in to drive my Trax away I received stellar service that was friendly, thorough and much appreciated. They even detailed the car! Vacuum and clean tires! Plus the electronics were fixed (the lane alert and collision and cruise went out). Jen asked all the right questions and noted all the troubles I was having and called to keep me informed about needed to get a part. She was so thorough -- making sure I did not leave my house keys attached to my fob and asking if I needed a loaner. So happy to have such a great team for my new Chevy Trax right down the street from where we live.

Jen Compau made sure that we received excellent customer service. She even got us a lift ride to go get us something to eat and back, while we were waiting for the truck to be serviced. And after the service was completed, she had the truck to be washed and vacuumed and it smelled fresh when we got in it. She let us know step by step what was going on with the truck. She showed us that she cared that the truck was serviced correctly.

Brittany made my visit pleasant with her welcoming and warm approach. I just wish the car itself were like Brittany's professionalism. To Whom It May Concern, I want to begin by acknowledging how pleasant my visit was thanks, to Brittany. Her welcoming and warm approach truly made a difference, and I appreciate her professionalism. However, I am disappointed to share that my experience with the vehicle itself has been extremely frustrating and has caused me real distress. From the very first day of ownership, the car has had a strong, unpleasant odor that I have tried to manage with Lysol, to no avail. I am genuinely worried that the stains in the seats will ruin my work clothing, and it pains me to think I trusted the condition of the vehicle. I am most upset with myself for not leaving the car on the lot at the time of purchase, because I feel that I was not given the consideration of having the vehicle properly cleaned before being displayed or cleaned again at the time of my pick up. In addition, the quality of the ride is concerning — the rear end feels unstable even over minor bumps, and I dread crossing railroad tracks. The audio system does not function properly with my phone, and phone calls through the system are virtually unusable — I can barely hear the other person, and they cannot hear me clearly. These issues are far different from what I experienced with my Cadillac, and they do not align with what I was told by the service department. Because of all of this, I no longer feel I can trust Dan Vaden moving forward. I genuinely believe I could have received a better deal with the same monthly payments elsewhere, and this experience has left me feeling undervalued and disappointed. I do not plan to purchase another vehicle from this dealership, and I hope that sharing this feedback will help improve the experience for future customers. What’s the point of the comment in the appointment scheduling page on the website if it’s just ignored? Service tech was very nice and friendly. The showroom amenity did not offer anything like refreshment or a vending machine. Water machine wasn’t broken and the water bottle wasn’t there. There’s snacks like maybe 3 bags of pretzel. Sale team all greeted and smile.

Jenn was my Service Advisor and was very pleasant and informative. She kept me informed about the recall process. I had to have my engine replaced as part of the recall, and Jenn took care of getting me a rental truck to use. She was attentive to my questions and concerns.

Work completed seems satisfactory. Initial work order was incorrect. Price of services given incorrectly. Time for service given incorrectly. Very little communication from customer service staff. One of the red lined items of things that need to be serviced was done less than 10,000 miles ago.

The car I purchased was within the $28,000.00 range, but I ended up paying over $30,000.00 for it. The original purchase price of the Chevy Trax RS was $24,000.00. My bank, Navy Federal, reports a debt-to-ratio of 125.00. The Sales Manager at Dan Vaden gave me a Debt-to-ratio of 150.00. They chose not to abide by my bank'ss rules with my trade-in. After I thought everything was done, my monthly note was $304.00, the manager of sales made a deal with Truist Bank, which I was not a part of, this increased my monthly payment to over $500.00. By the the time everything was done, my credit had been ran 21 times!! I spoke with Navy Federal, they stated, dan vaden had not completed the process. My initial loan is still with navy federal, dan vaden has not contacted navy federal. They told me they did not like navy federal trade-in policy.

I am still having the same issues when I left the lot, I called to let them know and they scheduled an appt I could not make. I am still waiting for a call back. I have however received 3 calls about trading in my vehicle. Communication is key with customers I understand being busy but communication and understanding needs work here.
